Imagine where this dove will go…

Join us for an evocative journey through centuries of choral music, blurring the boundary between sacred and secular with Ireland's flagship professional choral ensemble.

From the soaring medieval visions of Hildegard of Bingen to the refined Renaissance harmonies of Sulpitia Cesis and Raffaella Aleotti, Chamber Choir Ireland, under the direction of Owain Park, celebrates the enduring beauty of the choral tradition.

The programme weaves late Romantic gems by Clara Schumann and Amy Beach together with luminous works by contemporary composers, including the captivating voices of Caroline Shaw and Shruthi Rajasekar. A centrepiece is Thea Musgrave’s Rorate caeli, a vivid choral tour de force for double choir.

“Chamber Choir Ireland always sing incredibly, their sound rich and with unparalleled precision and control. Their musicality is matched by an adventurous spirit in programming.”
The Journal of Music, 2024
